Experience working in multiple healthcare systems from the smallest critical access hospitals to the largest tertiary care hospitals. Proven expertise in population health; physician practice management; acute care management; success in complex, matrix driven, national organizations; community relations and fundraising on behalf of nonprofit organizations. My vision for healthcare involves rapid cycle process change, employee engagement, physician and clinician integration and disruptive innovation. With a track record of a high-energy and enthusiastic approach, my success has been driven by a collaborative style with clear communication of the vision and by empowering my team to innovate and grow. My broad experience has empowered me with an enlightened approach to change management and motivating leaders across my organizations.
